We are a group of coal mining company and now we are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as follows:

1. Performance Management Analyst
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:


* S1 Degree in Engineering or Master MBA
* 3 years experience in Performance Management Analyst
* Able to analysis of Projects and Long term Planning of Mining Operation, and performance production
* Able to making solution from follow up performance production
* Able to prepare and follow up data for long term planning
* Excellent communication of both written and spoken English
* Good interpersonal, self-motivated with human relations and communication skill
* Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

2. Environmental Specialist
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:
* S1 Degree in Mine Engineering or Geology
* 3 years experience in handling Environmental activities (design, implement, monitor, communicate, review and audit, do the report)
* Having good understanding of AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), AMD (Acid Mine Drainage), Mine Reclamation, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)
* Certified in POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama)
* Develop and maintain accurate financial strategy and efficient capital structure of the company
* Having strong skills in MS Excel and Excel macros for financial modelling
* Excellent communication of both written and spoken English
* Good interpersonal, self-motivated with human relations and communication skill
* Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
