SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR



• The candidate shall present the experience as well in handling Industrial Relationship, CLA negotiation, Manpower and Provincial government relation including immigration and work permits and JAMSOSTEK related matters.
• The candidate of the incumbent is expected to be able to perform the ability to assist the Finance and Administration Manager in all Human Resources issues namely Contract status to include recruitment and development of personnel, performance review as well as termination process, Employee Personal Data Maintenance.
• The applicants shall possess at least degree at S1 level or equivalent from a recognized university majoring in law, behavioral science or management.
• Candidates are expected to have minimum 7-year professional extensive practical experience in related area.
• An experience in mining industry will be an advantage.
• English proficiency both written as well as spoken is considered as necessary.
